I 3D print outdoor gear fixes nobody asked for but everybody secretly needed. Because gear is made for ‘most people,’ and you are not most people. So instead of MacGyvering with duct tape, you get custom solutions that let you climb like a semi-responsible adult.
WWhy This Exists
I don’t just CAD these in an office. Every piece gets dragged up walls, shoved in packs, dropped, frozen, and generally abused outdoors. If it fails, I make it better. If it survives, it graduates.
Factories need you to order 500. I need you to have one annoying problem. Weird, hyper-specific, oddly-shaped? Great. That’s my jam.
No VC money, no hype machine, no “premium lifestyle tax.” Just practical fixes that usually land in the $25–50 range, aka cheaper than replacing the whole piece of gear.
Stuff That’s Proven Useful
For the Onsite attempts
Your fingers deserve a pep talk before the crux. Give me your finger length and I’ll build you a custom mini hangboard for tendon warm-ups. Because failure should come from the move, not your pulley.
For Trad Climbers
Took a whipper and your cam is now a paperweight? I’ll print you a brand-new trigger so your rack doesn’t retire early.
For people that walks on snow
Love your shoes, hate that they bend like flip-flops with crampons? I scan your sole and print a outside stiffener that locks them down for snowy missions. Your toes will thank you.
For Multipitch Climbers and More
“ROOOCK!” but it’s just your partner’s Nalgene. Don’t be that team. Secure your water with a whipper-tested harness clip.
For people that love functionaliy
Strap, hook, lash, repeat. Turn your backpack into a modular hauling machine, perfect for poles, bottles, layers, or the mystery item you don’t want rattling.
For Training
Found your project, fell at the crux, and now it’s raining forever? I’ll 3D scan the offending hold and print it for your board so you can obsess in peace.
